I attended an art marketing webinar yesterday presented by Jason Horejs of Zanadu Gallery and Barney Davey, and I was convinced I need to have a blog. I have long dismissed the idea as I feel more confident sharing images than words and simply do not want to take on another tool / task. But great points were made by well respected individuals. One benefit of a blog is that it is more dynamic than a static website, ever changing and updating in chronological order. As Andrew Bryant says in his article Why artists need a blog, “Dialogue is what art is all about, it’s what life is about… about artists having a conversation.”
On my blog I invite you to join me in conversation. BLOGGERS: Why do you blog? What are the benefits and enjoyment you receive from blogging? Do you have any tips about blogging? BLOG READERS: What blogs do you read? And why? What do you find most engaging about blogs? Do you interact (comment) regularly on the blogs you read? Much love to you all! ♥ Natasha
